Tax season is coming! Learn how to access and download your rental owner statements.
To access your Rental Owner Statement, or any of your other statements, simply login to your Owner Portal and click on the Reports tab in the left sidebar menu. On your reports page you will see your Rental Owner Statement listed under the Financial section, click on the title to open the report. For additional ease of access we recommend adding this report to your favourites by clicking on the star icon which appears as you hover over the title.
Once you have your Rental Owner Statement open select a property and set a date range for the statement. If you would like to also include information on specific transactions for your property select the Income Statement and Transaction Details options.
Once your have your parameters set click the green 'Run Report' button to generate the report. Once the report is ready you you will be given the option to download the statement in a PDF, Excel, or CSV by clicking the 'Export' button. If you are downloading the report to share with your accountant we recommend exporting the report as an Excel (.xlsx) file.
