We screen every tenant prior to presenting you with their application according to our strict criteria. Our screening process is designed to ensure that we filter through all the applications and only send you the best tenants and strongest applicants for your property.
In order for an application to be considered by Ripple the tenant must:
- Have a minimum credit score of 650
- Submitted proof of stable income
- A monthly income equal to three times the monthly rent
- No criminal history
- Passed our previous tenancy landlord screening
- Have pets that meet the listing criteria (if applicable)
- Have a cosigner if any of the above listed criteria are not met to our satisfaction
We are Licensed Property Managers under the Real Estate Council of Alberta, and as part of that license we need to be registered with a brokerage. RE/MAX is our brokerage.
